C-8500 Series HP&LP Bypass is the most general and compact solution for pressure reduction and desuperheating service of turbine by-pass lines, including high-pressure and low-pressure sections of power stations . The forged spherical body design, together with the high quality of construction materials, allow a more uniform wall thickness than the conventional ones, fabricated by welding bodies, reducing P/T fatigue effects and improving welded joints quality.
The detection of all PCV PRDS complies with the TRD 301&NB/T 47033 specification, and meet the requirements of at least 2,000 cold start and 10,000 hot start cycles.Typical applications: Bypass of high, medium and low pressure steam turbines; Process steam regulation - temperature and pressure reduction; Combined heat and power plant.
Style | C-8500 Series HP&LP Bypass |
Body Type | - Forged valve body with welded inlet section and integrated downstream water injection composite cavity - Valve body dimensions are calculated and selected based on actual operating conditions |
Rating | ANSI Class 150# -4500# or Specific Pressure Rating |
Bonnet Type | - ≤ ANSI Class 600: Bolted Bonnet with Flange Connection - > ANSI Class 600: Pressure Self-Sealing Bonnet |
Trim Type | - Sleeve-guided, pilot-balanced valve core - Primary pressure reduction is achieved by a specially drilled sleeve. - The seat is welded to the valve body with a detachable non-tensile lip seal. - Quick-change seats can also be specially customized. |
Silencer | - There are three different design schemes: 1~3 stage low-noise cage structure (diffuser) HAS high-efficiency sound-absorbing structure Limiphon labyrinth disc stack structure - The silencer is typically welded to the valve body. When using quick-change seats, the silencer is clamped between the valve body and seat, and can be disassembled through the bonnet cavity. |
Materials | - Valve bodies and bonnets are typically made of carbon steel and Cr-Mo alloy steel according to pipeline class. - Valve trim is typically made of F6NM with nitriding or Stellite overlay welding. - Silencers are generally made of Cr-Mo alloy steel, while Limiphon disc stacks for service temperatures >400°C are typically made of AISI 430 or 12Cr special stainless steel. |
Leakage Class | (Compliant with IEC 60534-4) -Class V, balanced or unbalanced valve plug. |
Packing | For ANSI Class 150#-4500# or specific pressure ratings, the PCV GRF type special pure graphite packing system is used, which can achieve bi-directional sealing and is suitable for vacuum sealing applications. |
Actuator | A-X-290 Pneumatic Diaphragm Actuator, A-X-400 Pneumatic Cylinder Actuator,Electric Actuator |
