The B-2311 series is a high-pressure butterfly valve specially suitable for urea plant. In SAIPEM process, minimum flow in closed position is guaranteed by means of calibrated orifice in valve disc to avoid overpressure of reactor and action of safety valve. In STAMICARBON process, double eccentric disc will be used to meet the requirement of leakage Class IV, CU-8723 series angle valve is also an alternative solution.
