C-U8720 urea valve is designed especially for Urea and Ammonia plants. Materials are fully suitable for urea and methylamine liquid and comply with the material specifications of the main urea process manufacturers, such as Snamprogetti, Stamicarbon, Urea Casale and others process manufacturers. The one-piece valve body is made from one forged block of specialty stainless steel. Bonnet integral with body to avoid flanged connection and dead zone. Streamlined flow channel design, lenticular coupling between body and seat (without any gasket), integrated plug-stem structure, specially designed packing and particular material for valve trim, specific test and inspection for urea working conditions. All these features are derived from PCV's simplified design concept and brilliant choice of materials. These special professional designs and successful application experiences make PCV urea valves at a reasonable price ,but as top as regards quality and performances.
