The ultra-low temperature cryogenic control valve is specially designed for cryogenic conditions. Then construction is the same of standard C-6941 and C-6943 valves with the exception of the extension bonnet with cold box. This design keeps the cryogenic liquid out of the packing area, allowing the cryogenic liquid to flow only in the low-temperature section of the bonnet, while the warmer (higher temperature) area of bonnet can naturally accumulate vaporized gas. This effectively prevents the packing from failing due to low temperatures and ensures the valve's sealing performance and operational reliability in cryogenic environments (such as liquid natural gas, liquid nitrogen, etc.). Its modular design inherits the mature structure of standard control valves, combining cryogenic adaptability with engineering versatility, providing a safe and stable flow control solution for cryogenic process systems (such as liquefied natural gas processing, cryogenic storage, etc.), and perfectly meeting the valve sealing and operational requirements in extreme low-temperature conditions.
