The basic structure of C-6948 pilot type low noise control valve (steam/ gas vent) is pilot balance valve plug, low noise full continuous cage-guided. The fluid is mainly regulated by the special drilling cage .The FTC design ensures tight shut-off by utilizing the unblanced force generated by fluid flow acting against the valve plug during closure.The specially designed pilot balance plug only requires a small thrust to open. The full metal to mental sealing allows to comply with GB/T 4213 sealing class V up to 566°C .
